Before returning to federal service, Kim was a Biology professor at a small liberal arts university in La Crosse, WI for 18 years. Kim has a B.A. in Biology from Coe College, an M.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and a Ph.D. in Physiology from the Medical College of Wisconsin.",
