A total of 6635 swabs samples were collected from wild birds or fecal material directly associated with wild birds. We screened all samples by a real time - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test with 381 testing positive. Further testing of all RT-PCR positive samples and all negative samples collected in 2012 by virus isolation yielded 120 positives, with 92 of those testing positive by RT-PCR for avian influenza virus.", "descriptionType": "Abstract" } ], "geoLocations": [], "fundingReferences": [], "url": "https://www.sciencebase.gov/catalog/item/6171a037d34ea36449a7c876", "contentUrl": null, "metadataVersion": 1, "schemaVersion": "http://datacite.org/schema/kernel-4", "source": "mds", "isActive": true, "state": "findable", "reason": null, "viewCount": 0, "downloadCount": 0, "referenceCount": 0, "citationCount": 1, "partCount": 0, "partOfCount": 0, "versionCount": 0, "versionOfCount": 0, "created": "2022-01-26T23:27:50Z", "registered": "2022-01-26T23:27:51Z", "published": null, "updated": "2023-03-05T04:54:19Z" }
