Here we report a first step in characterizing this atmospheric-ecosystem carbon (C) exchange, as measured with eddy covariance methods at three locations (Cypress Swamp, Dwarf Cypress and Pine Upland) for one year. This file is an Excel file containing data for the Pine Upland sampling location. It includes the following data sheets: \\r\\n - cr1000 weather, bat, temp. - CR1000 output for soil, air and water temperature, net radiation, air temperature, relative humidity, photosynthetically active radiation. Calculation of available energy.\\r\\n - work_weather - calculation of water distance above and below landsurface.\\r\\n - weather_fig - plots of temperature, water levels and surface energy fluxes in the paper\\r\\n - 1000_new - calculation of water distance above and below landsurface, available energy, photosynthetically active radiation.\\r\\n - GHG_full_output - raw data from EddyPro (processes 10-Hz GHG files into 30-minute mean GHG fluxes). Includes sensible heat, latent heat, NEE, air properties, wind velocities, QAQC checks such as Ustar, and measurment source area calculations.\\r\\n - working_GHG - contains gapfilling models for latent heat, NEE. Also performs daily and monthly NEE, Re, GEE, and WUE computations.\\r\\n - remove_NEE - removes 1, 5, 10, and 20% of observed NEE fluxes for gap-filling uncertainty calculation.\\r\\n - LUT - Gap-filling results from the Reichstein et al. (2005) look-up table.\\r\\n - RU - results from random uncertainty estimates based on Finkelstein and Sims (2001).\\r\\n - daily totals - calculation of daily total ET.", "descriptionType": "Abstract" } ], "geoLocations": [], "fundingReferences": [], "url": "http://sofia.usgs.gov/exchanget/carbon_exchange/pu_yr6_v2.zip", "contentUrl": null, "metadataVersion": 2, "schemaVersion": "http://datacite.org/schema/kernel-4", "source": "mds", "isActive": true, "state": "findable", "reason": null, "viewCount": 0, "downloadCount": 0, "referenceCount": 0, "citationCount": 0, "partCount": 0, "partOfCount": 0, "versionCount": 0, "versionOfCount": 0, "created": "2015-03-19T15:36:23Z", "registered": "2015-03-19T15:36:24Z", "published": null, "updated": "2023-10-04T19:09:30Z" }
