Reintroduction may be beneficial to the Lake Erie fishery, but impediments for re-establishment are not fully understood. This data set aimed to use acoustic telemetry to investigate the thermal habitat use and survival of hatchery-reared adult Cisco in Lake Erie. Fish were experimentally released (n=50 per site) at two locations: near Dunkirk, New York, and Huron, Ohio.
