A secondary mineral and frequently an alteration product of arsenopyrite. Some dussertite contains Sb replacing Fe (Kolitsch et al., 1999).

Closely related to the Unnamed (Fe-analogue of Weilerite and Ba-analogue of Oberwolfachite).
