She is responsible for the Center Photos page and uploads the photos onto the USGS web page.  Mary runs the weekly IPDS reports for BAO approved records for reports.  She disseminates all products in IPDS. She updates End Note Database with published journal articles for Center Archive. She maintains the Study Plan Record Inventory for records management and uses DMP and file schedule to populate."
