   - Anna is a Hydrologist with the New Jersey Water Science Center associated with
     the Water-Quality Observations Program (QWOP) Discrete Water-Quality Team. Anna
     is primarily involved with surface-water-quality data collection, review, and
     dissemination.  Anna also serves as a GIS specialist within QWOP assisting in
     geospatial analysis, interpretation, and display.

   personal_statement: "As a hydrologist with the USGS, Anna has had the opportunity\
     \ to work on a wide variety of water-quality related projects.  Early in her\
     \ career, she participated in a study of long-term water-quality trends in New\
     \ Jersey.  In the field, Anna co-lead a field effort to collect and analyze\
     \ the effects of Hurricane Sandy on coastal and marine sediments.   She also\
     \ co-authored the New Jersey Water Science Center\u2019s review and analysis\
     \ of Hurricane Sandy data.Anna is currently part of a team developing a comprehensive\
     \ water quality model for the Mohawk River basin as a collaborative effort with\
     \ the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC).Additionally,\
     \ Anna is involved with a coastal flood inundation mapping initiative for the\
     \ New Jersey Tide Telemetry Network that will produce flood inundation maps\
     \ for the entire coast of New Jersey based on ADCIRC modeled coastal storm data\
     \ correlated to USGS tide gages."
