"description": "NV5 Geospatial, in collaboration with EDCON-PRJ, Inc. acquired high-precision airborne magnetic and radiometric data over southwestern New Mexico. Survey flight-lines were flown in an east-west direction and are spaced at 200 meters. North-south tie lines are spaced at 2000 meters. The survey contained 142,673 line-kms (88,650 miles) of data and covered an area of over 25,900 sq. km (10,000 sq miles). Survey flights are flown with a high-performance fixed wing plane capable of a 20% climb/dive slope. The terrain clearance was 120 meters over low-relief areas, 150-meters over populated areas, (to comply with FAA regulations), and 200 meters over the mountainous portions of the survey. The majority of the survey is situated within the Basin and Range geologic province, an area that consists of linear mountain ranges separated by broad basins. The northern portion of the survey is comprised of considerable mountainous terrain.",
