In that role, she applied remote sensing expertise to support the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program (PRRIP) and NRCS with decision-making concerning large-scale river conservation management and flood hazard analysis.Julia is a graduate of the Colorado State Fluvial Geomorphology lab, with Dr. Ellen Wohl as advisor. Her graduate work focused on constraining human impact and the role of large wood in eolian-fluvial environments in Colorado.
