abstract: I am a fish biologist based out of the Hammond Bay Biological Station
in Millersburg, MI. My research interests lie in better understanding fish ecology,
behavior, and physiology to inform the management and restoration of native
species in the Great Lakes basin.

abstract: I began working at the Great Lakes Science Center - Hammond Bay Biological
Station in 2022, following the completion of my M.S. at Michigan State University
where I studied the spatial and thermal ecology of lake trout (Salvelinus namaycush).
My research focuses on conducting science to inform and support the management
of native species. Currently, I study fish movement ecology, behavior, and population
structure, often using acoustic telemetry tracking technology, and investigate
improvements to the application of fish tracking technology in the Great Lakes.
