| insight for potential future conservation needs for the Gunnison sage-grouse.

| Her current work extends similar genetic and genomic approaches to additional

| species of conservation concern, namely white-tailed ptarmigan and greater sage-grouse,
| |
| to better understand patterns of adaptive divergence, gene flow across the landscape,
| |
| conservation action impact, and population monitoring.

Fort Collins, Colorado. Her work focuses on using genetic and genomic tools to
better understand wildlife species, often for species that are of special conservation
concern. Her research explores the various ways genetic data can inform conservation,
including the influence of landscape composition on population structure and how
populations may be adapted to their local environments. Her work also includes
the development of statistical models to predict and understand the genetic consequences
