   personal_statement: Sarah Spring has worked for the USGS since 1998. She began
     her Federal career as a Biological Science Technician and worked at the Davis
     field station as a biologist for over 10 years, then moved to WERC's Headquarters
     office, where she assisted with reimbursable agreements and other administrative
     tasks. Sarah spent a few years in the Regional Director's office as a Program
     Analyst, where she had an opportunity to gain insight on how policy relates
     to what staff does at the science center level. She then returned to WERC and
     now serves as the Chief of Staff.EDUCATIONMS Ecology, specialization in Ecotoxicology,
