     \ Indiana University where she first became interested in hydrologic research.\
     \ She obtained her PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University\
     \ of Iowa. Her PhD dissertation focused on baseflow trend detection, factors\
     \ driving trends, and projected changes from climate and agricultural scenarios.\
     \ She then worked as a postdoc at UC Berkeley where her work informed environmental\
     \ flow practices and guided efforts to monitor, manage, and conserve freshwater\
     \ ecosystems. Her overarching goal as a researcher is to communicate and apply\
     \ research in a way that impacts local communities and secures water supply\
     \ for the future.\u200B"
