Vic obtained her M.S. in Geology from the University of\ \ Alaska Fairbanks in 1992 (where she helped monitor the 1989-1990 eruption\ \ of Redoubt Volcano), and B.S. in Geology from the College of William and Mary\ \ in 1985. In between those degrees, she worked as a photogrammetrist for\ \ 2.5 years at the Central Intelligence Agency\u2019s National Photographic\ \ Interpretation Center, one of the predecessor agencies to the NGA.
