    personal_statement: "She began her career with the USGS in 2016 as a pathway\u2019\
      s student in Austin, TX working in the lab analyzing glyphosate samples for\
      \ the Regional Stream Quality Assessment (RSQA) and studying groundwater quality\
      \ as a part of the National Water-Quality Assessment Program (NAWQA). After\
      \ graduating with her MS, she took a position as a physical scientist with the\
      \ Lower Mississippi-Gulf Water Science Center in Ruston, LA. For the next several\
      \ years she investigated groundwater use, availability, and water quality as\
      \ a part of the Mississippi Alluvial Plain Regional Availability Study and the\
      \ Integrated Water Availability Assessment of the Chicot Aquifer System in southwestern\
      \ Louisiana."
